Radio Memory Programing Using RT Systems External Data

RT Systems software provides an easy way to program memories for a mobile or HT. You must purchase the RT Systems software for your specific radio and have the required data cable or use an SD card where it is an option for your radio.The External Data menu option allows the user to select from several sources to populate the memory file and program radio. The example used is for RepeaterBook.

Low Cost PI 4 Alternative

I found this interesting YouTube video about a low cost alternative to the Raspberry PI4. The device is a Khadas VIN1S that sells for around $65 on Amazon. The computer is a good alternative for a small sever application and is only slightly slower than the PI4. Check out the additional information under "Affiliated Links: Show More" .

Ham Clock Setup

A YouTube by "Ham Radio Dude" provides a good tutorial on setting up your "Ham Clock" software. Make sure you install Ham Clock at the screen size you intend to use, editing it is not an option. The Inovato Quadra is the device used but the configuration choices are the same for a PI4 also.
