The Santa Fe Trail Amateur Radio Club is a general-purpose club with the goal of promoting and supporting the educational and operational aspects of ham radio through ham radio classes, on-the-air events and hands-on activity. The club meets informally at 7:00 AM every Saturday, with the club’s business meeting occurring at 7:30 AM on the second Saturday of each month (revised day) at Hy-Vee, 151st and Blackbob in Olathe.
The weekly SFTARC Net will occur on Tuesday at 8 PM on the 145.47 MHZ Johnson County ECS repeater until further notice. Any ECS activity will take precedence over our net. Thanks to the JO CO ECS for the temporary use of their repeater.
The Santa Fe Trail Amateur Radio Club is open to membership for all currently licensed Hams, and anyone who is interested in becoming a Ham. The club does require a membership fee, as shown on the application, to help cover the club’s expenses.
