MEETING TO ORDER:
The President, Jeff Darby KE0CAZ, called the meeting to order at 7:30 AM. Introductions of attendees were made by name and call-sign. A total of 20 club members were present. We had no guests at this meeting.
SECRETARY-TREASURER REPORT:
The Sec-Treasurer Report was given by Marty Peters KE0PEZ. He reported the checking account balance. The amounts of club revenue and disbursements since the February meeting were $632.59 and $150.00, respectively. The major disbursement during April was $600 paid to the IRS to accompany the Application for Reinstatement of Tax-Exempt Status (Form 1024 and supporting schedules and documents). The cashed check shows that the IRS received this application, but we still haven’t received a letter from them. Should have an update on this by the May meeting. An EFT of $20.54 was made to Risk Strategies to cover the cost of adding several new items to the insured equipment list. We expect a refund check for the items that were removed from the list. The annual premium is now about $225. The revenue received in March consisted of dues received from seven club members. We now have a total of 53 members paid up for 2019. Dues payments are still welcome; give them to Jeff, Larry, or Marty at breakfast or send them to our post office box (SFTARC, P.O. Box 3144, Olathe, KS. 66063).
